Marriage Matters

A few days ago, my wife and I were afforded the opportunity to go away and reconnect. It is a blessing for us to be married for thirteen years, and be friends for fifteen years

There are not too many times when my wife and I are presented with the opportunity to get away without the children, but today is one of the few times. Today has been a great time. Another couple joined us, and we have been able to pour into one another. We have been talking about the goodness of Yahweh and how far we have come. The fellowship with one another and with other couples has been what we have needed. What we are continuing to learn is make the best of life. Yahweh has brought us a mighty long way. It is hard to believe that we have been married twelve years, but we are abundantly grateful that Yahweh has sustained us and maintained our marriage.
